6 Pack Abs Diet

There is no shortage of diet plans promising fast, sexy, ripped abs being peddled on tv, the Internet, magazines you name it. They all claim to be the ultimate six pack ab generating diet plan. I’m here to drop a bomb on you. There is NO perfect diet plan for developing a six pack. Sorry to bust your bubble. Don’t leave just yet. There are some juicy nuggets of helpful info below from a guy who has six pack abs and nothing to sell.

What Do You Mean By “Diet”?

Unfortunately, the word diet has two very conflicting definitions. These are my personal definitions not Webster’s. A person’s diet is what they eat or consume on a day-to-day basis. This is the defintion I subscribe to. Secondly, a diet is a restriction on what you eat. The second definition is more widely accepted and potentially more damaging.

When you hear the word “diet” you automatically think of a reduction in food consumption. I prefer starvation. The love affair with fad diet and caloric intake has helped fuel America’s ever-growing waistline. Counting calories is not the key to shedding body fat that is covering up your six pack.

For me, there were 3 essentials to building my six pack. Here they are in order of importance:

1. Mindset

I’ll make this simple without all the overzealous, motivational talk. Developing rock-hard abs became my obsession. Building six pack abs became just as important to me as breathing. Take this advice and your 80% of the way there.

2. Eating habits

Jumping on the latest hollywood diet will only set you back before you get started. Changing your eating habits in one fell swoop is like trying to stop blinking. For you’re own sanity and the benefit of sticking with your ab program, gradually change and improve your eating habits.

3. Ab exercises

Yes, ab exercises are at the bottom of my list! You can crunch yourself into a permanent fetal position and still not have six pack abs without changing your eating habits. The fat you may be burning with your ab workout is just negated by your poor eating habits. No wonder you look the same after months of ab routines.

“OH, Come On. That’s It.”

Sorry to dissappoint you by not having a nutritional plan for you to follow. The reason for this is…you’re not me. What worked for me may not work for you. Every individual pursuing the holy grail of fitness, six pack abs, takes there own path.

I do have a consolation prize for everybody though. Even though I already have a six pack, I wanted to see how far I push the limits. This will be no walk in the park so I sought out a program that could be my blueprint along the way. It’s called Vince DelMonte’s Six Pack Quest.

It is the most complete ab program I have ever come across. Thanks to the program I found some tweaks I can make to my nutritional plan that will rip me up like a parking ticket. I’m not gonna be the Flavor Flav hype-man for the program. So, just check out Six Pack Quest for yourself.

Build Six Pack Abs

Building six pack abs can be one of the most difficult aspects of creating an Adonis-like physique. But it doesn’t have to be. Most would agree that having six pack abs is the ultimate indicator of a healthy fit body. Too many gurus and clever marketing campaigns keep the public in limbo over what works and what doesn’t. This constant see-saw of misinformation keeps most people from even trying to build six pack abs.

Six Pack Abs…Guaranteed

You’ve probably seen or heard lines like this before on late night infomercials and in fitness magazine ads. The impression is given that the particular program, magic pill, ab machine, or hollywood diet will result in a ripped, sexy midsection overnight is inherently false. For me, I focused on three areas to achieve the elusive six pack. Here they are in order of importance.

1. Mindset

I’ll make this simple without all the rah-rah, pep rally talk. Developing rock-hard abs became my obsession. In my mind, this goal was just as important as breathing. Take this advice and your 80% of the way there.

2. Eating habits

Jumping on the latest diet will only set you up for failure. Changing your eating habits all at once is like trying to stop blinking. For you’re own sanity and the benefit of sticking with your ab program, gradually change and improve your eating habits.

3. Ab exercises

Are you surprised to see ab exercises at the bottom of my list? Take a look at your gut now. You’ve tried that approach and you still don’t have a six pack. Crunching your way through every ab exercise ever created doesn’t bring about ripped abs alone. In fact, I could stop doing ab exercises all together and simply maintain my good eating habits and still be ripped-up like confetti.

“That’s Your Secret?!!”

At this point, I know I’ve lost a lot of readers because I don’t give specific ab workout exercises, nutritional plans, or mindset training. The Internet is already cluttered with this kind of information, some good, some bad, some worse. I’ve got a special treat for all who stuck with me.

I found an ab program that trumps anything I’ve ever seen. It’s Vince DelMonte’s Six Pack Quest. I’ve decided to take my abs to the next level using his program. And remember, I already have a six pack. Without me giving a page long testimonial, this should tell you something. Check out Six Pack Quest for yourself.

What Is The Best Way To Get Six Pack Abs?

I am often asked this question by my buddies and people that I meet. In my opinion, it is somewhat of a loaded question. So, I invariably give everyone the same response, “Your way.”. Most of the time I just get blank stares until I explain what I mean.

There are so many misconceptions about developing rock-solid six pack abs that all will envy. Unfortunately for consumers, clever marketing has caused a  microwave mentality in our society. Instant gratification is always the soup of the day.

Before I go any further, I want to explain that I’m not a celebrity fitness guru or a world-renowned six pack abs nutritionist but I am a guy who has built a sexy, ripped midsection from the ground up. This is only said to  prove that is possible for an average joe to get six pack abs, which is undoubtedly epitomizes the zenith of health and fitness.

Back To “Your Way”

Just like there is no best way to get rich, best way to find love, or best way to (you fill in the blank). Every person desiring to have a sexy, awe-inspiring stomach takes there own path. No two people are alike and you must take that into consideration when you embark on your six pack journey. No one knows your body better than you.

There are some foundational truths that you must understand and embrace before you even think about journeying towards the holy grail of fitness health, the seemingly unattainable six pack. For me, there were three keys that unlocked the doors to my success. Yes, there could be quite a few more you but these sealed the deal for me.

  1. Defining A Strong Enough Reason “why?”
  2. A Relentless Commitment To Achieving Your Goal
  3. Take It One Day At A Time

I know, I know. I can hear some of you saying “That’s it, you’ve got to be kidding me.” Notice I didn’t mention a single diet plan, “hypnotic fat burning, six pack ab chant”, or even an exercise. This goes back to you following your own path. This got me thinking, “Why don’t I put together a no-nonsense ab program that will be a blueprint or a guide to those wanting to have six pack abs?” And then it happened.

Major Buzz Kill

While in the process of researching the industry, I came across a guy that had beat me to it. He had already created the program I had in mind but had outdone my vision tenfold.  It’s called Your Six Pack Quest by Vince DelMonte. I was so impressed that I decided to use his six pack abs program to take my abs to the next level. I’ll spare you the hard-sell, over-the-top, hype man recommendation.

Look at it like this. I’m a guy who ALREADY has a 6 pack abs and I’m using his system to perfect, chisel, and completely shred my six pack. That alone should speak volumes. It’s up to you. You can keep scouring the Internet for all the free “misinformation” you can round up or put Vince DelMonte’s Six Pack Quest to the test.
